ABOUT SUDANESE COMMUNITY
We work with you to address your most critical business priorities
Sudanese community, we are a society that speaks the same language and shares the same culture. Our purpose is to integrate in the community and our culture into the UK to assist members of our group to grasp the duties and cultures of the UK. We established this body organisation to assist Sudanese members with any issues they may be experiencing, such as contacting government agencies or private companies such as gas or water when they have difficulties with invoice or require assistance acquiring government paperwork. We have learning programs for them because some of them do not speak English fluently. We formed this group to bring together the Sundaes residents of Stoke and provide them with programs such as athletics and leisure activities.
This is a group that aims to help society and with that comes the need to strategise and plan everything that is going to be done. This is by founding or reviving activities such as:
OUR AIM
Sudanese Community
General Awareness
We collaborate with the local group and authorities to arrange speeches by government bodies or the business sector, such as the police can speak about crime or safety, councillors may speak about local development, doctors can speak about health and safety and so on. This is a crucial aspect of human existence as it helps us to be conscious of what is going on around us. This knowledge helps us make future decisions, plan vacations and grasp the items and circumstances around us. It is also essential for everyone since it leads to self-improvement and a deeper understanding of the universe.

sports

This is commonly seen as a means for individuals from many backgrounds to engage and integrate through participation, volunteering and to spectating. Games and physical exercise may help build stronger societies by bringing people together. When used correctly, it has the potential to enhance residents' lives and foster a healthy culture.
These games and activities include:

Tennis

Organised tennis frequently emphasises the virtues of fair play and sportsmanship. It may make a genuine contribution to better citizenship and tries to recruit members, particularly when the name is implicated in the filing forms.

Football

Football brings individuals together to bond as a society. Like many other games practised in our societies, it encourages positive behaviour for a healthier society. This is about collaboration, discipline and mutual support; these are the characteristics of a successful society. It is a social thing for the youth who enjoy playing this activity since they are constantly looking for competition.

Local gyms

A local gym generally provides a neater atmosphere since most local fitness centre managers take pleasure in their facilities and desire to provide their clients with a healthy and tidy gym atmosphere comprising well-maintained equipment. This is also significant since individuals may genuinely connect in one location, which may result in the exchange of speech between various people.
All of these gaming activities will lead to young engagement in society. With that, numbers will expand due to attraction, where they will attract one another and contribute to society's development. Hence, the interested ones should register. This activates the tasks while professionals seek to address any issues and offer training.

Family and Children entertainment

Social events

Dances, mixers, receptions and banquets are examples of social events. Social events enable individuals to interact with each other while also improving their mood. Classes, talks and concerts are all chances to engage with people and raise one's mood. Socialising aids in memory enhancement.

Trips

Individuals benefit from trips because they engage with diverse individuals, allowing them to learn new things. Furthermore, they may meet members of their communities who have immigrated and been stranded or who do not have documents and they may be able to sustain them.

Planning parties

Many young and middle-aged individuals like partying; therefore, a society that organises parties and uses them to connect its members may be a good concept since many people between the ages of 17 and 30 will be attracted because they enjoy having fun.
All of the activities listed above will benefit society because they are all social activities that involve communication, implying that they will improve communication skills. If members of the same linguistic group find each other, they can help each other by adding some vocabulary to their languages. This interaction with society will majorly make them well-known.

Courses

This mainly revolves around education.

Education

Education is a strong change agent that improves health and livelihoods, promotes social stability and propels long-term economic progress. Education is also critical to the achievement of all development objectives. This is because education helps scholars to learn and understand other cultures and the importance of respecting them; with this, they will learn to create awareness whenever a linguistic group is attacked. Its aim mainly revolves around a few lessons:
Security Courses
These are aimed at teaching students more about securing vital goods and locations from unauthorised infiltration. Learners will comprehend growing cyber risks, will thus undergo training and be nurtured to become the next generation of cyber defenders.
ESOL
Since English is not their first language, then they can take a lesson to enhance their English. This will improve communication between their linguistic group and others since English is a common language used largely.
Arrange Speakers from Different Fields to Lecture
This is a great method since it will be like classes and therefore, learners will be sorted out in their level of know-how of the language, making it easy to teach them.

Family Support

This is mainly to help people sort out several concerns. For example:

Billing

This is the procedure of sending invoices to people to collect money owed. Assisting in
Billing aids to ease members' burdens since a lot of them have many.

Filling forms

Due to the research done, it is evident that a lot of people are stuck in other countries due to a lack of Government Documents; therefore, the aim is to help them in filling forms to apply for the right documents.

Contacting Authority

Similarly, the aim here is to assist members in contacting authorities due to delayed documents, slowly processed papers or wrongly printed documents.

Complaining

Issuing complaints to the government or non-government organisations in case a concern arises on the documents or welfare of the members.

Guiding them to Right Places

This directs them to the right places to apply for various documents.

Conclusion

This sociological design is the ideal plan since it will allow members to not only interact with the aspect of boosting cultural development but also obtain crucial Government documents of their origins, which will primarily help new arrivals in the UK; this aims at grouping all the members of that linguistic group. This approach will assist them in integrating into society, which will raise their profile and expand their number. This plan requires implementation because the strategy and plan are already in place and only members with bravery and specialisation are required.
